Access Hillcrest Services

Access Hillcrest is parking made easy.

Access Hillcrest is a local, publicly funded parking and transportation resource organization changing the face of parking in Hillcrest, one space at a time. We reinvest the parking meter funds back into Hillcrest through continuous local improvements and low-cost and free parking resources, like the Lunch Loop, Valet on Fifth and more.

The Access Hillcrest brand was designed as an information tool by the Uptown Community Parking District built to inform the public of the availability and accessibility of parking and other modes of transportation in Hillcrest.

About Uptown Community Parking District

The Uptown Community Parking District manages the reinvestment of 45% of parking meter funds back into the communities of Bankers Hill, Hillcrest, Mission Hills and Five Points / International Restaurant Row.

The Uptown Community Parking District’s mission is to improve availability and supply of parking for residents and businesses. The district also considers traffic circulation, transit effectiveness, biking, and pedestrian mobility in its neighborhoods and develop creative collaborations to support a vibrant local economy.
